Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping track of Associates headcount changes and Client's development.
  • Sending reminders to client contacts about Contract and Work Pass deadlines.
  • Handling the entire process of welcoming and saying goodbye to team members.
  • Processing Work Pass applications/renewals, extending Contracts, managing endings, checking references, handling leaves & claims, and rewarding contractors.
  • Dealing with disciplinary & conflict matters involving contractors.
  • Offering HR advice to internal Consultants and Associates.
  • Coordinating with payroll to address issues with contractors' timesheets and claims.
  • Working with payroll & finance to solve problems with client invoicing and any overpayments.

Role Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Resourceful with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Great team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly resilient and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
