We are establishing Construction Company doing various electrical, ACMC Works and Minor Building Works, and we requires a well experienced HR Generalist to perform the following:
Payroll Administration

  • Well knowlegable in payroll regulations, compliance requirements to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage endtoend payroll processing, including collecting information from biometric payroll
  • Calculating wages and pay accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions and tax clearance
  • Train new administrative executive on IR8A, tax clerance and payroll.

HR Operations & Recruitment:

  • Assist with employee relations issues, performance management and disciplinary action if needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records, maintain data confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR Policies, benefits and other employment related matters
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessment on applicant.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings and schedule inteviews.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years well experienced in HR and Payroll work related.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in HR with a focus on payroll administration and recruitment
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong experience in MS Office, including Excel and word
  • Able to work 5.5 days
