Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Implement onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the company with Global Employee Experience Manager.
Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
  • Check payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Employee Engagement

  • Support employee development initiatives, including training programs and performance management.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate & Plan Employee events, such as Grow Together Day, CSR and Monthly training.
Administrative Support

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensure HRrelated documentation, such as employee records and contracts, is accurate and uptodate.
  • Handle Day to Day Admin Operations such as pantry supplies, meeting arrangements, office lease, office insurance and etc.
  • Any other adhoc duties.
