This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and selection criteria.

Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues; provide coaching to managers and employees. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems.
