As part of their strategic growth initiative, we seek a dynamic Pre-sales Manager to bolster our sales endeavors by delivering meticulous technical solutions and proposals through comprehensive analysis of customer needs.

About the Role:

As a pivotal member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with sales and technical support units to ensure seamless alignment with customer requisites. Your primary focus will be on advocating our products to partners, customers, and consultants, showcasing their distinctive benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:

Crafting and showcasing solutions for partners and customers, ensuring tangible value addition.
- Proficiently comprehending customer requirements and tailoring solutions to effectively meet them.
- Efficiently managing and addressing requests for information and proposals.
- Proactively collaborating with sales teams and partners to expedite project closures.
- Soliciting and synthesizing customer feedback for continuous product enhancement.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor landscapes.
- Serving as the ambassador of our solutions at industry events and trade exhibitions.
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential partners and customers.
- Customizing our offerings to cater to diverse industry requirements.
- Identifying prospective business opportunities and addressing solution gaps within partners and customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, electronics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT or AV industry in a presales or technical capacity.
- Proficiency in IT networking, preferably with expertise in KVM PTP or TCP/IP switching.
- Exposure to command-and-control room environments is advantageous.
- Exceptional presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of tangible business benefits.
- Aptitude for translating technical and business requirements into cost-effective solutions.
- Flexibility for travel within the APAC region.
