Contract Duration: 6 Months - 1 Year Contract


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software (training provided).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus but not required.
