Business Development and Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporates. Explore collaboration opportunities and ensure service levels meet partner expectations.
- Business Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, business opportunities, and new service offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and develop strategies for growth. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with key partners and public institutions. Manage and renew service level agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Serve as a liaison for communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Project and Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to measure the success of initiatives and projects. Track outcomes and report to senior management. Continuously improve operational procedures and provide secretariat support for meetings and projects.
- Other Duties: Participate in emergency planning exercises, assist with special projects, and take on additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business management) with relevant experience in business development or partnership management, ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a strong business orientation. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Meticulous, analytical, and process-driven.
- Additional Qualities: Experience leading teams, adaptable, resourceful, and service-oriented with a passion for achieving business goals.
