Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects and Service Engagement member to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our various internal projects and enhancing staff engagement and guest experience initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service. He/She should be self-motivated and curious to learn.


Job description


Service Engagement

  • Drive the ideation, creation and execution of both internal and external service engagement initiatives (service culture communications and guest delights) from start to finish
  • Oversee and manage current service initiatives to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment to service engagement goals

Internal Projects Management

  • To support in the programme management efforts by preparing the necessary materials and ensuring smooth execution of activities
  • To support the Assistant Manager in planning and executing events, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively from conception to completion
  • To support the Assistant Manager in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met

Customer Experience Projects Support

  • Plan and lead bi-monthly night assessment walks to ensure that issues are addressed and followed up promptly
  • To support the Manager in digital user testing and mystery shopping to audit current offerings

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Events Management, or related studies
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer service or events management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
  • A proactive personality to solve problems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
