We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team at APTSYS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer support team and ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. This is a full-time position based in [location], with a salary of SGD $8,000 - $10,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out supervisory duties to plan, assign and direct work to ensure daily operation support efficiency.
- Ensure that internal KPIs are met.
- Identify and provide solutions to both customers' and team needs.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
You will be working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer experience. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing training to the team to ensure effective system use.
Requirements:- At least 2 years of customer service management experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational, analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven people management skills.
