Senior Customer Experience Manager

Job Overview:
The Senior Customer Experience Manager will oversee the Client Services Hub for Fendi in Southeast Asia & Australia. This role requires a strong team leader to guide Client Services Advisors and achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels, aligning with Fendi's brand values and professionalism.
- Embody an omni-channel mindset, prioritizing customer-centricity and passion for connection, issue resolution, and service excellence.
- Understand and implement the omnichannel strategy, providing customers with seamless shopping experiences through multiple channels.
- Elevate complex customer issues to the appropriate supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive individual and team performance to meet sales targets, focusing on online sales generation and KPI achievement.
- Drive sales growth and meet Client Service Hub KPIs by promoting Fendi products and services.
- Ensure compliance with Fendi policies, procedures, and processes when handling customer interactions.
- Effectively communicate brand stories, product knowledge, and personalized engagement through various channels.
- Balance inbound and outbound customer outreach to generate sales and develop client relationships.
- Promote best practices, innovation, and collaboration among team members to resolve customer inquiries and develop relationships and sales.
- Update platforms and logs accurately, leveraging tools and resources to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a strong connection with retail team members across the zone.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, fashion, or hospitality.
- 2 years of supervisor experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, video, email, and live chat.
- High motivation, energy, and passion for customer service and customer-centricity.
- Strong problem-solving and sales negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Systems, including Salesforce.
- Able to work a varied schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Fluency in English.
