Senior Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Service Fulfillment team as a Senior Customer Experience Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple touchpoints, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving complex issues efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, driving business growth and loyalty
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to inform business decisions and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or service management
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
