Full-time Front Office Supervisor urgently required. 

Main Job Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out, manage guest bookings, up-sell, and share experiences to enhance guests' stay experiences.
  • Manage shift briefings, group pre-conferences, room allocations, arrivals/departures, emails, and members/non-members' room assignments professionally and timely.
  • Communicate regularly with Housekeeping Manager, arrange daily site inspections for Sales & Marketing, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on PMM (Preventive Maintenance) blocking and releasing.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, sightseeing tours, and other relevant details to guests.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality, or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in a front desk or guest service supervisory position
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills
