Your new role
The ideal candidate will spearhead the expansion of Warner Bros. Discovery's streaming DTC business across the Asia-Pacific region. This role entails crafting a comprehensive understanding of customer insights and analytics, encompassing performance, lifecycle, engagement and retention drivers. By developing predictive models and transforming intricate data into actionable insights, the candidate will create compelling storytelling dashboards and visualizations. These efforts will directly contribute to measurable growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.Â

Your Role Accountabilities
Conduct in-depth analysis to shape growth marketing strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.Â
Generate actionable insights from user-level behavioral data across various platforms.Â
Create full-funnel view of customer from various off/ on platform data sources.Â
Develop predictive models to forecast marketing performance and customer behavior impacts, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization of growth marketing strategies.Â
Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Retention & Engagement teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure smooth data flow.Â
Develop detailed reports and analyses for leadership presentations.Â
Collaborate with Data Science and Business Leaders to enhance testing practices and implement advanced measurement tools.Â
Develop and align analytical models to assess marketing program performance and customer behavior impacts.Â
Work with growth marketing team to track performance of and drive effectiveness of various Test & Learn initiatives across entire customer funnel.Â
Support performance & retention marketers in optimizing campaigns across various channels.Â
Collaborate & partner with key global counterparts to gather best practices and lead customized local implementations.Â
Cultivate a collaborative learning environment within the team to enhance capabilities.Â

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or greater in quantitative field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, etc.)Â
Strong data analysis background of 6+ years across consulting/banking/analytics.Â
Ability to work with disparate data sets, sources, formats, etc.Â
Track record of partnering with and influencing business teams to better resultsÂ
Must handle multiple tasks with changing priorities from various stakeholdersÂ
Must be able to work independently and communicate effectivelyÂ
