About the Team:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Market Growth Strategy Intern to join our team to contribute to the overall market growth strategy. This position will provide handson experience in market analytics while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
  • Perform data analysis on crossborder lane performance to identify trends and insights
  • Support the team in various marketing initiatives and optimize performance based on datadriven decisions
  • Conduct category and marketing solutions studies to determine future growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, seller management teams, operation, product teams, etc
  • Develop new innovative SOP and workflows to improve work efficiency

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to data and an ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders
  • Creative and innovative approach to problemsolving
  • Positive, teamplayer, and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Fulltime interns preferred (36 months), with parttime interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week also welcome to apply
