What the role is:

Clementi Police Division is one of the seven Police Land Divisions in Singapore. The Division supports Singapore Police Force's mission to prevent, deter and detect crime, keeping Singapore safe and secure.We are seeking a Human Resource (HR) leader to lead HR operations and oversee the effective delivery of HR services within Clementi Division. This is a key leadership role in the Division, and the Job Holder (JH) will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic organisation, to drive meaningful HR initiatives and progressive workplace practices to support a high performing and competent workforce.

What you will be working on:

We are looking for a driven, dynamic and resilient individual to lead the Manpower Branch at Clementi Division, to ensure effective delivery of HR services and operations in the Division. This includes various HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, career development, performance management and staff retention within the Division. The JH will also oversee the manpower planning to support major Police security event deployments, such as National Day.The JH supports the Ministry and Police HQ to implement of HR policies and initiatives. As a HR leader, the JH also drives HR initiatives and promotes progressive workplace practices within the Division to strengthen employee engagement and well-being.

What we are looking for:


• Strong passion for HR matters and people development.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communications skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel and PowerPoint, and be prepared to work hands-on with HR systems.
• Meticulous, methodical, independent, and adaptable.
• Good time management, resilient, able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
