Singapore MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF) Full time

**What the role is**
- The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. The SPF Training Command is the main training institution providing basic, vocational and milestone courses for our SPF officers, with the aim to develop their core and professional competencies. We achieve this through formulating effective training programmes that provide officers with the most current operational knowledge and skills. We strive for enhancements in training capabilities to ensure the most optimal learning experience for our officers. As the Head Manpower of Training Command, you will lead a team to manage all personnel matters and the career development for the Police Regulars. Police National Servicemen (full-time and reservists) and Civilian officers in Training Command.

**What you will be working on**
- The jobholder is responsible for the efficient/effective management of manpower resources and the implementation of the various manpower initiatives/policies, covering posting, welfare/well-being, carer development and progression, talent management, training and allowance, leave, emplacement on permanent service, re-employment, resignation, retirements etc.
