Overview

Role Purpose - We are hiring for the role of Business Development Specialist with high entrepreneurial with High ownership and accountability orientation.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business development efforts for local & enterprise merchants (Retail & F&B)
  • Acquire new merchant partners and ensure revenue growth quarter on quarter
  • Conduct market and potential clients' research for our target categories
  • Set merchant partners up for success with Fave In-Store through thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectations
What matters in this role
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Senior Business Development / BD / Account management experience in the F&B / Retail tech space / Experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skills
  • A self-starter and motivated individual with can't-is-not-an-option attitude.
  • A problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakes
  • Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
  • Patient, ability to listen and understand stakeholder concerns

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Senior Business Development / BD / Account management in F&B / Retail tech or related B2B sales
