**Job Description
You will be reporting to the Director
You will develop business strategies to increase sales and revenue.
You will create business plans for new business projects.
You will build relationships and identify opportunities to penetrate new markets and channels.
You will assist with pricing strategies and provide insight into target markets.
You will track competitors’ activities and provide intelligence on the development of the industry
You will work with internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects.
You will oversee projects to ensure timely completion.
You will ensure compliance with industry regulations.
**Requirements
1. Analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to guide business development plans
2. Develop measurable goals and objectives to ensure the growth of the business
3. Generate leads through direct contact, industry references, and networking
4. Work to maximize resources while minimizing costs
5. Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing business trends, opportunities, and strategy
6. Research and identify key market players in the industry
7. Create productive partnerships with potential customers and partners
8. Monitor performance of projects and take corrective action to guarantee success
9. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
10. Document progress, sales figures, and other metrics in company’s CRM system
