This entails identifying cloud-first sales opportunities, exploring cross-sell and user expansion possibilities, fostering customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will also play a crucial role in advocating for our customers by providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams, thereby contributing to the improvement of our customer experience. Collaboration with Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers will be essential in executing these responsibilities effectively. Together, we share a common commitment to guide and assist our customers in deploying and utilizing Atlassian products at scale, guided by our core Atlassian values.Your qualifications should include developing and implementing Account or Territory plans focused on maximizing expansion opportunities and ensuring customer success. You will be tasked with formulating strategies to drive growth and engagement within the mid-market segment, identifying and qualifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams to streamline sales processes, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the mid-market segment.In terms of your background, we are looking for candidates with 8+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales Experience, experience in growing mid-market accounts with India-based customers, and a track record of managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities. You should have extensive experience utilizing CRM tools, developing territory and strategic account plans, and leading account teams to drive successful customer outcomes. A proactive, consultative, solution-oriented approach to engaging customers and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets are also key qualifications we seek.
