This laboratory is supported by our affiliate in SGS Hong Kong, The Lab (Asia) Limited to service our customers in Singapore.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction materials industry and a strong network within the local construction and building sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell a wide range of construction materials to contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts.
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
