Associate Director | Cash Sales | SME Liabilities

As a Cash Solution Sales professional within the BB Liabilities Business in West India, your main responsibility will be to work closely with the Director & Head of Cash Strategy Sales, BB Liabilities, BB India, to develop strategies and execution plans aimed at achieving the CASA targets set for the BB team.Your key focus will be on driving Cash Solutions sales in alignment with the BB liabilities Relationship Managers. This will involve ensuring seamless coordination in implementing the Cash Sales Strategies as outlined by the Director & Head of Cash Strategy Sales, BB Liabilities, BB India.Your role will encompass sales, solutioning, implementation, and tracking processes to guarantee the successful delivery of Cash Management Solutions. It will be crucial to maintain a high level of governance to avoid any adverse Audit comments.In addition, you are expected to uphold exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Taking personal responsibility for upholding the highest ethical standards, including regulatory and business conduct, is paramount. This involves ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct, as well as proactively identifying and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively.Your key stakeholders will include the Region Head/Team Leader/RM-BB Liabilities Sales, Team Leader India for Cash Strategy Sales-BB Liabilities, Exec Director and Head India-BB Liabilities, Product Team-Business Banking, and Head Business Banking India.Furthermore, you will be responsible for embedding the Group's brand and values within the team, as well as performing any other assigned responsibilities in alignment with Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures. Your role may also involve wearing multiple hats and engaging in various functions as needed.To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in sales, Cash Management Solutions, Digital Transformation, Business Markets, and Client Relationship Management. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Cash Management Solutions and Sales is required to be considered for this position.,
