  • The role of Associate Director at our federation in New Delhi requires you to lead and oversee various initiatives, including increasing and retaining memberships, managing profitable national conferences and events, and advocating for the manpower outsourcing industry on employment formalization issues with corporates and trade bodies. Your responsibilities will involve driving sales and securing sponsorships for events, organizing large and small format events, establishing relationships with industry leaders, developing and retaining federation memberships, and managing a team.To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, experience in sales, revenue generation, and P&L management, and the capacity to collaborate and form partnerships with stakeholders. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, team management skills, familiarity with socio-economic trends affecting employment, and a willingness to work in a startup culture are essential. Additionally, multitasking ability, knowledge of the staffing industry, and understanding of employment formalization issues will be advantageous.This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi with a day shift schedule and potential for performance bonuses.
