Position Overview Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a critical commercial leadership role responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities that align with the Group’s long-term strategic vision. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets, driving new partnerships, optimising go-to-market strategies, and leading a high-performance sales team. This role requires a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record of scaling sales and business development operations in complex, matrixed, and multinational environments. Beyond traditional sales leadership, the successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, playing a key role in customer-centric transformation, margin enhancement, and market share expansion globally. Key Responsibilities As Head of Sales, your core remit will include: Developing and executing a cohesive global sales strategy aligned with the Firm’s growth priorities and commercial objectives Leading the identification and execution of new business opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions Developing and maintaining a robust growth pipeline aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities and long-term vision Leading and managing a diverse, high-performing global sales team across multiple business lines Driving expansion into high-growth international markets through a mix of direct sales, channel development, and strategic partnerships Structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements, partnership frameworks, and strategic alliances Strengthening key customer and distributor relationships, with a focus on lifetime value, retention, and cross-selling opportunities Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated go-to-market plans and commercial excellence Leading transformation initiatives to modernise sales processes, technologies (CRM, analytics), and performance management systems Setting and managing aggressive but achievable sales targets, KPIs, and incentive programs to drive accountability and performance Providing regular commercial updates and strategic insights to the Management team on revenue trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour. The Successful Applicant You will be a globally experienced sales leader with the vision, credibility, and execution capability within the Manufacturing space. Specifically, you will bring: At least 15 years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment A strong track record of leading international sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth in complex, fast-evolving markets Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, channel development, pricing, customer segmentation, business development and key account management A data-driven, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance short-term performance with long-term strategic value Proven ability to influence at C-level, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading transformation initiatives, including digitalisation of sales operations and adoption of CRM/sales analytics tools A global perspective and cultural fluency, with experience operating across developed and emerging markets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or executive education is a plus This is a career-defining opportunity for a high-impact sales leader to shape the global commercial agenda of a leading manufacturing organisation.
