Position Overview We're seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead our sales organization as we scale from early revenue to growth stage. You'll own the complete sales function, from strategy to execution, selling enterprise wallet infrastructure to CFOs, treasurers, and crypto operations teams. Key Responsibilities Build and execute sales strategy to achieve ARR targets Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team Personally lead enterprise deals and strategic accounts Develop sales playbooks, processes, and methodology Collaborate with product and marketing on go-to-market strategy Establish pricing strategies and deal structures Build and maintain C-level relationships at target accounts Create accurate forecasting and pipeline management Identify and develop channel partnership opportunities Requirements 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience 3+ years in sales leadership roles Track record of achieving $5M+ annual quotas Experience building sales teams from 1 to 10+ people Background in security, fintech, or crypto (preferred) Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission structure Meaningful equity stake Opportunity to build the sales function from ground upDirect reporting to CEO Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
