Lightnet is a fintech company headquartered in Singapore, focused on improving the lives of the unbanked and underbanked through an inclusive international remittance ecosystem. The company enhances the efficiency of money transfer operators, financial institutions, and other cross-border payment providers, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia remittances, valued at over USD 150 billion annually. Lightnet recently raised USD 31.2 million in a Series A financing round and is backed by eight Asian conglomerates, which provides access to a vast network of banks and retail outlets.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Sales. The position is located in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and overseeing account management. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Account Management and Sales
- Proven Team Management and Sales Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the blockchain industry is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
