Role Description
The Head of Sales / Commercial Director, SEA will lead MOBKOI’s commercial charter across Southeast Asia with full revenue responsibility for the region, managing a sales team while spearheading growth across agencies and enterprise clients.
This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership position at the intersection of strategic partnerships and business development. It focuses on new business acquisition, programmatic growth, commercializing agency trading partnerships, and deep client engagement.
Success requires strategic vision, consultative sales expertise, executive presence, and strong people leadership to unlock scaled growth and market presence across Southeast Asia. Ideal candidates will pair these with a strong network, proven deal-closing skills, and deep familiarity with the digital media and programmatic ecosystem.
