This role will focus on driving B2B growth in payments, Web3, and stablecoin sectors, building strategic partnerships, and scaling revenue across global markets. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our international expansion. This role will focus on driving B2B growth in payments, Web3, and stablecoin sectors, building strategic partnerships, and scaling revenue across global markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies, set sales targets and KPIs Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing international sales team Drive B2B client acquisition in payments, Web3, and stablecoin industries Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners Track global fintech/Web3 trends, identify opportunities, and support product optimization Establish sales processes and CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and strong conversion Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and technical teams to support deal execution Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; 8–12 years in sales/BD, with at least 3–5 years in international markets Strong knowledge of payments and cross-border settlement; hands-on experience with stablecoin off-ramp/withdrawal is a plus Proven track record of outstanding sales achievements (enterprise clients, market expansion, or landmark deals) Rich industry resources and strong B2B enterprise client development experience Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in English and Mandarin – English for international markets, Mandarin to collaborate effectively with colleagues in China Comfortable with a home base/remote working model and frequent international travel Bonus: Experience in international conferences, partnerships with payment channels, or investor networks What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonus / commission; Equity / stock option incentives (depending on company stage); Travel allowance and cross-border work support Location: Remote / Home Base or key international markets.
