About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in the healthcare sector, committed to delivering high-quality medical and surgical supplies and services to healthcare institutions across the region. As the Division Head, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the business across Singapore and Malaysia. This includes full accountability for sales, marketing, operations, finance, and talent management.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals, identifying growth opportunities and responding to industry trends.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost-effective improvements.
  • Manage the P&L, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting, to meet financial targets.
  • Track key performance metrics, analyse results, and take action to maintain financial health.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting development.
  • Promote a collaborative and compliant work culture, ensuring HR policies are followed.
  • Drive sales and business development to secure new opportunities and meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance and supporting ethical practices.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and senior management, providing regular updates on performance.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong track record in team management and business performance.
  • Solid experience within the healthcare or a related industry.
  • Strong financial acumen, including hands-on experience with P&L management and budgeting.
  • Proven leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
