Responsibilities

Direct and develop HR strategy to align with business needs and goals and engage, support and advise management team on HR related matters

Formulate and implement HR policies and programs for full spectrum of HR duties covering talent acquisition, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc

Work with the various departments on talents acquisition, talent retention, training and succession planning

Initiate and drive employee experience

Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements

Oversee general administration

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent

At least 10 years of experience in full spectrum of HR duties

Ability to lead a small team

Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and able to work independently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
