Senior HR Manager

Our client is a Hospitality Business seeking a Senior HR Manager with robust Leadership experience.

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • To lead the Entire HR Function. This position oversees the human resource functions of the group and offers support for the organization.
  • Collaborating with the business to enhance human resource function efficiencies within the company.
  • Supervise HR functions, assess, implement, and maintain all policies, processes, and systems.
  • Create and implement strategies to attract, motivate, develop, and retain talent within the company.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and department heads on people and HR-related issues.
  • Assist in Talent Acquisition efforts for the company.
  • Assist in designing and reshaping Compensation & Benefits for the Company.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, regulations, and policies;
  • Manager of HR policies and procedures, develop and regularly review and update these policies and procedures to keep them relevant;
  • Supervise and guide a team of HR professionals in the company to provide high-quality and timely advice to the company;
  • Lead the company's people strategy and drive HR transformation for a high-performing and inclusive workforce;
  • Organize training and feedback sessions to generate ideas for best practices;
  • Develop and execute effective learning and development initiatives and strategies;
  • Devise, design, and implement learning and development strategies, policies, and processes to reinforce the learning culture.

Requirements

  • 8 to 15 years of relevant HR experience in a listed company or MNC.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and drafting documents.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in a commercial environment.
  • Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and responsibility for your work.
  • Flexible team player with strong organizational skills, tenacity, initiative, and decision-making prowess.
  • Effectively prioritize diverse and constant workflows to meet internal stakeholder needs.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws in Singapore & Australia
  • Confidence and capability to communicate and advise all business levels.
  • Offer practical and commercial solutions to problems.
  • Proactive with solid leadership skills.
