Director- APAC Operations at CTSI-GlobalAbout the Role
We are seeking a full-time Account Manager based in Singapore, with the option for partial remote work. This role involves overseeing assigned client accounts, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will handle all aspects of daily account operations and report directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships
- Plan, organize, and lead regular business and performance review meetings
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and their vendors
- Manage client accounts across various industries within the APAC region
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Demonstrate deep understanding of your portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer service within the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Capable of handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable
- Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments
- Fluent in both English and Korean, as the role requires communication in both languages
