About the Role
Responsible for Singapore and other SEA (South-East Asia) but not limited to, task execution in HR information system.Support in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, within HR system according to Group guidelines.Responsible for first-level user support in their day-to-day utilization, and development of HR system.Support in creating and managing of system documentations, guides, issues documentations.Assist with management reporting and data extraction when needed.Drives efficient and effective data management to find ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system/process.About you
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalentExperience in executing HR transactions in Workday or similar HRISWorking knowledge of HR business processes and systemsPrior experience in digital transformation / HR systems implementation an added advantageProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervisionMeticulous, service-oriented and have attention for detailsWhat we offer
