HR Intern
About the Role
- Support the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, employee queries, and HRIS database management.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.
- Contribute to the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment software is an advantage.
