About the Role

  • Support the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, employee queries, and HRIS database management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment software is an advantage.
