Human Resource Specialist

About the Role
As a key member of the AIA team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and support to employees and managers. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of employee inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver HR services and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance HR operations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles and content management portal.
- Partner with HRIS to enhance Workday functionality.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of MOM Workpass process and local legislations.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday and MS Office.
- Meticulous with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to operate with integrity when handling confidential information.
