The role:
Cargo Customer Service Manager - Singapore
We are keen to add a detailed oriented individual to our Singapore team to manage the air cargo operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate must have experience in logistics, strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence. The individual will play a vital role to bridge multiple stakeholders . suppliers, customers and internal stakeholder in order to achieve an efficient and effective cargo operations.
What you’ll do:
The individual will implement and have oversight on overall compliance, security and safety policies in the Singapore operations. In addition, they will provide top notch professional services to our customers. Lastly, they will need to build relationships with our cargo handling agents to continuously improve the quality of operations within the warehouse environment.
Your experience:
A minimum of five years' experience in the airlines or freight forwarding environment.
Comprehension of airline systems, business processes and global air cargo movements.
Customer orientation.
Knowledge of IAG Cargo products and services as well as those of our competitors.
