Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our Global Sales Team. You will work directly with clients, prospects and business stakeholders and will be responsible for refining, implementing and running a sales strategy across our offerings.
This is an exciting role as we expand our capabilities globally. The preferred candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirt with a focused approach as we develop this fast-growing part of our business.
This is an individual contributor role, utilising the network of the management team, Delta Capita network and hands on approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities within APAC accountsFocus is Resource Augmentation and Services business and progressing to product and technology opportunities over timeMain point of contact for existing clients and responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving renewal opportunitiesTo understand each customer’s business objectives, challenges, and issues and how we present DC’s outcome-based solutions to meet these objectives Document and manage dynamic account plans, encapsulating business requirements including white space and clear competitive replacement strategies Develop a business plan and go to market/demand management initiatives leveraging DC’s organization develop core revenues & penetration across the account baseDevelop a 12-to-24-month pipeline of qualified incremental business opportunitiesWork alongside global stakeholders such as, Sales, Business Lines and On-Site ResourcesRequirements
Required Skills and Experience
Hunger and strong organizational skills to develop a dynamic people-oriented businessStrong network in Singapore and Hong KongExperience in KYC or Post Trade services Consulting related sales experience and proven ability to identify, qualify, develop and close opportunities Self managed - Energetic, flexible and capable of operating remotely Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitionKnowledge of key sales disciplines- Salesforce, MEDDIC, unsolicited proposals, partner leverage Deal sheets etcProven ability to manage multiple, lengthy and complex sales cyclesProven ability to embrace change & leverage new value propositions rapidlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Accurate reporting skills and attention to detailResponsive to customers business needs & clear focus on maintaining excellent customer serviceExperience of working and leveraging appropriate business partners, including tier 1 re-sellers, SI’s, SP’s, technology providers and software vendorsProven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunitiesExhibit a demonstrable commitment to building close, long-term account relationships, with an appropriate level of regular customer hospitalityHave an interest, market opinion and existing understanding of the financial industry sector, including market dynamics and competitive landscape specifically Regulatory reporting and compliance, CSDR, KYC, SFTR Card Services, Payments, Core Banking , Investment and Wealth Services , M&A , technology rationalization and decommissioning, Commercial Banking, Retail BankingHow We Work:
