Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our team. The Service Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative duties related to service operations, including managing service requests, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests and coordinate with technicians to schedule and complete service tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and ensure timely invoicing
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on service status and address any concerns
  • Assist in developing and implementing efficient administrative processes to improve service operations
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Salary: Depends Upon Experience

Requirements
Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting team. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all data is input correctly. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval. Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required by the team. Handle various administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team leader to support the overall functioning of the department.
