Foreign Service Administration Specialist

Job Scope
As a Foreign Service Administration Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the country's diplomatic efforts. Your role will involve providing administrative, secretarial, or IT support, as well as handling information management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, managing files, and maintaining databases.
- Consular: Assist overseas Singaporeans in distress, providing them with necessary support and guidance.
- Corporate Services: Provide administrative support in finance, procurement, travel, relocation, or estate management.
- Human Resource: Execute various functions such as recruitment, performance management, and career development.
- Protocol: Organize programs for VVIPs, and manage diplomatic privileges and immunities.
- Strategic Communications: Manage the Ministry's corporate communications and monitor news.
- Technical Cooperation: Implement and coordinate courses, and liaise with training providers.
Requirements
Singapore citizens with strong administrative, planning, and communication skills are encouraged to apply. You should be ready to take up the challenge of working overseas and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
