Administrative Support Specialist

At Achievers Dream, we're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our educational centre.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing student registrations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all administrative documentation is up-to-date. You'll also coordinate and schedule classes, meetings, and events to optimize resource use and streamline operations.
Additionally, you'll prepare and distribute materials for lessons and meetings to support teachers and enhance the learning experience. You'll also assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to students and parents, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Sales and Enrolment:
- Drive growth by managing sales and enrolment processes, reaching enrolment targets, and enhancing our student base.
- Assist in creating and implementing promotional strategies to attract new students and retain current ones.
Feedback and Complaint Management:
- Manage feedback and complaints from students and parents, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Implement feedback to improve services and administrative processes, contributing to overall centre efficiency.
Operational Efficiency:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression for students and visitors.
- Support teachers with administrative tasks and classroom preparation, ensuring a smooth and effective teaching environment.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine and improve administrative processes and operational workflows.
Ideal Profile
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Passion for helping people and engaging with diverse individuals.
