Job Overview: Service Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and acknowledge service, repair, and rental requests from clients.
  • Communicate with both local and international partners to follow up on requests.
  • Organize service, repair, and rental assignments with workshop technicians and clients.
  • Draft quotations and necessary documentation for clients.
  • Manage monthly invoicing for rental services.
  • Update job progress with the workshop supervisor.
  • Maintain an inventory of rental assets and coordinate with quality assurance, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the service team.
  • Compile monthly status reports for management review.
  • Execute any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
