The Role
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for customer order management, and exceeding customer satisfaction and sales coordination while complying to AMMEGA Core Values and Code of Conduct.
Individual Accountabilities
Handle customer enquiries and customer leads while coordinating with sales team on quotes and opportunity conversion. Customer order processing from order receipt till invoicing, and timely deliveries and accounts receivable. Coordination with cross functional teams - Supply Chain, Finance, Fabrication, Production, and Warehousing (for material availability). Accurate management of import and export shipments. Coordination with customer, and sales and finance team for timely collection of payments. CRM (Salesforce) and ERP management for leads, quotes, order processing, invoicing and case management. SOP adherence on customer master creation, price update, credit deviation and resolving customer feedback. Inside sales coordination for achieving deliverables on sales targets, on-time deliveries and accounts receivable. Efficient and timely customer correspondence and internal team communication. Upkeep of customer and material data.What Are We Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. 3 - 4 years experience in a global company with strong experience in order processing and fulfillment, and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems on customer order management. Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer and sales team correspondences. Customer centricity to meet service levels and achieve business performance goals. Willingness to learn and adaptive for efficient sales coordination and customer service. Good multi-tasking skills with time management and effective listening skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently in fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and a local language.
