Regional Operations Director

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for building a team for the local market, including operations and all store-related business, as well as coordinating and overseeing store location selection, renovation, and opening.

2.Formulate and assign sales targets for the managed region, accountable for operating costs, mall discounts, profits, and achieving sales goals; oversee regional store operations toenhance quality and efficiency, empowering stores to increase productivity.

3.Conduct operational data analysis and management to identify growth opportunities, addressoperational data issues, and provide solutions.

4.Collaborate with the marketing department to plan market strategies and conduct marketingactivities for the managed region.

5.Manage daily operations of the regional department, including employee management,guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree, no specific major required.

2.Background in the retail industry with over 5 years of experience managing large-scale chainstores.

4.Extensive practical operational experience, systematic business thinking, and strongexecution capabilities.

5.Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, along with excellent communication andcoordination abilities.

6.Strong team management, risk management, and talent development skills.

7.Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese will be a plus.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
