**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to grow market share in Singapore and Australia.
- Identify opportunities for new store openings, partnerships, and product innovations.
- Drive regional brand awareness and positioning to stay ahead of market trends.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and consistency.
- Set and monitor KPIs for revenue, profitability, COGS, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in food quality, supply chain management, and service standards.

Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and business collaborators.
- Explore franchising, licensing, or joint venture opportunities to scale operations.
- Lead negotiations and secure strategic deals to support growth in both countries.

Financial Leadership
- Manage P&L across regional operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Optimize cost structures while maintaining high product and service quality.
- Drive investment strategies and assess funding opportunities for expansion.

Team Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Singapore and Australia.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
- Align regional teams with the company’s overall mission and long-term goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven track record as a Managing Director, Regional Director, or Senior Executive
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and food trends in Asia-Pacific markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance innovation with operational discipline.
