IT Regional Director

Position Overview

Provide regional leadership for all IT Service Delivery matter. Reporting to the VP IT Infrastructure

Services, the incumbent is accountable for ensuring IT services are provided in a secure, reliable and

cost-effective manner. Critical to the success of this role will be the management of IT Infrastructure

Provider outcomes and service levels on a daily basis. Director will lead Operational Committee elements

of Infrastructure Provider governance process for their region.

Establish and engage with the business at all levels in the region and act as a primary contact for business

leadership teams in all day-to-day IT related matters. Work closely with BRD to ensure maximum

business value attained from IT services in region.

In addition, the position would look for ways to deliver IT services in a more efficient manner while

continuously improving the user experience. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and

implementation of IT processes, leadership of IT resources at a regional level including the setting of

OGSM's, the management of overall team and employee performance and talent development of

leadership positions.

Work Description:
The Service included per definition below:

- Report to IT VP of CLIENT on timely manner on Regional Operations perfor-mance; on-going Projects updates; issues and suggest Performance improve-ments. (Reporting service time preferred at SGT Early morning of early Evening)
- Maintain and if not improve on IT Budgets and spending
- Delicate responsibilities to targeted region, the IT Operations and projects from IT VP and global business directions
- Attend to IT audits, Business Operations compliance, and Governance matters
- Forecast on IT Budgets and Vendors selections
- IT Cost management
- On-going Management and monitor Business IT related operations to maintain IT SLA standards
- 1 Dedicated IT Director Personal as first Point of Contact.
- Technology-Savvy IT Director who has IT management experience, IT Skill-sets and IT Security Certification
- Train, handover and ensure smooth transition should there be change of Netabil-ity’ s IT Personnel
- Plan, organize and monitor schedule and project tasks force within Netability for resources to manage workload from CLIENT.
- Onsite 2 days weekly - (to be Scheduled)
- Manage and monitor Outsourcing Vendors and partners locally and in the Stand-ard Singapore Time Zone hours.
- Singapore working hours. 9am - 6pm and bank holidays accordance to Ministry of Manpower.
- Regions covered: Malaysia, Singapore, India, Australia and China and Thailand

The role and responsibilities are per definition below, not limited to additional that CLIENT may require to fulfil the IT Director position with written notice:

- Follow the CLIENT’s code of conduct and their corporate governance
- Display and maintain good working relationship with people, partners, and ven-dors internally and externally.
- Provide regional leadership for all IT Service Delivery matter.
- accountable for ensuring IT services are provided in a secure, reliable, and cost-effective manner.
- Manage existing IT Infrastructure Provider outcomes and service levels at on-go-ing basis.
- Lead Operational Committee elements of Infrastructure Provider governance pro-cess for their region.
- Establish and engage with the business at all levels in the region and act as a pri-mary contact for business leadership teams in all (on-going) IT related matters.
- Work closely with CLIENT’s BRD to ensure maximum business value attained from IT services in region.

Feedback and propose performance improvements for IT processes, vendors management and IT Service deliveries.
- Feedback and propose performance improvements for End-users experience.
- Follow and maintain CLIENT’ corporate governance.

- At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience including ITIL,

Service Delivery, design and deployment, systems lifecycle management

and infrastructure planning and operations
- At least 5 years of experience managing an Infrastructure Managed

Service provider or IT partner.
- At least 5 years of global or international leadership experience in

managing multiple, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing

senior level management and key stakeholders in multi-cultural

environments.
