The Regional Director, Operations will oversee and optimize data center operations across Singapore and regional facilities, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and scalability. This leadership role focuses on unifying operational practices, training teams, and supporting the setup of new data center operations in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Excellence**
- Collaborate with Singapore Operations to develop and implement operational best practices to achieve optimal efficiency and reliability.
- Streamline systems and processes (SOP/EOP) by embedding industry-leading operating philosophies, such as sustainability and zero downtime.
- Provide operational training and facilitate team learning sessions.
- Design and execute training and simulation drills to enhance operational readiness.
- Develop an efficient team structure by aligning People, Systems, and Processes.
- Establish and refine a base operating platform in Singapore.
- Standardize operational tracking and reporting mechanisms.

**Support Regional Data Center Scaling**
- Lead the recruitment of operational resources for new data centers.
- Localize operational processes, including EOPs, SOPs, and MOPs, to suit regional requirements.
- Define and set up local operational structures, including roles and responsibilities.
- Deliver end-to-end operational training programs.
- Ensure new data centers are operationally ready for customer onboarding.
- Implement tracking and reporting systems for regional operations.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Team to establish operational standards and certification frameworks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Facilities Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in mission critical facilities with project management knowledge.
- Knowledge in TIA 942, ISO27001-ISMS, ISO 50001-EMS, SOC Type I/II and sustainable for data centre.
- Knowledge of DC industry standards, local building codes and safety standards. Certification in DC industry is an added advantage.
- In-depth DC operational knowledge with ability to respond to complex enquiries or complaints from customers, users and/or senior management.
- Proven management experience in managing a multidisciplinary operation shift team
- Proven experience in dealing with various external stakeholders such as customers, consultants, contractors or service vendors.
- Knowledge on regulations related to electrical, ACMV, security, fire safety, workplace safety and sustainability.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines
