Last Mile and Transport Leader

In conjunction with my area (Singapore), I satisfy all our sports users during the delivery journey because we want to provide the best delivery service for Singaporean customers with a Fast, Convenient, Reliable and Accessible service.

RESPONSIBILITY 1

I Build and lead my local delivery carriers that fulfils the Sporting needs of Singaporeans
- I do market study to identify the different carriers
- I am doing annual review with our named carriers
- I manage tender and Carriers sourcing toward efficiency and cost improvements.
- I am representative of carriers performance and monitor monthly the global performance
- I am meeting the monthly key account manager of each carrier in order to review performance and implement continuous
- Benchmark Last mile delivery market trends and latest developments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with our internal services (logistics, customer service and retail teams) to improve customer experience, costs or processes
- Negotiate with external carriers for better conditions and SLAs
- Introduce new services and delivery options
- Negotiate new prices and conditions with carriers actions.

RESPONSIBILITY 2
I Deliver the best possible experience to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable performance
- I am ensuring that our routes are Optimal, with less C02/ order.
- I am responsible for developing strong analyses on the transportation market and last mile, I always adapt and review it according to market adjustment. I search for innovative last mile and delivery methods
- I build the commercial delivery policy with our city and digital sports leader
- I am in charge to open tenders per year and review all carriers contract in details for price/ quality and service
- I ensure written DRP with all my carriers
- I accompany Ecommerce Operations Leaders on Daily/ weekly carriers performance follow-up / I make sure all tools and dashboard are available
- Monitor follow performance of actual carriers / insure compliance : Price/Safety/Delivery on time / Implement Yearly AUDIT to ensure the safety and human compliance
- Analyse carrier performance and inventory locations to optimise our carrier portfolio (costs, speed, CS)
- I ensure that our tools were updated and kept aligned with our united strategies
- I am responsible from A-Z for all last mile related topics

- I have a mindset of COST conscious and the ability to project and read my PnL
- I drive strong with NEGOTIATION with suppliers with the mindset of a winner and always question the market as Decathlon will always have the best last mile experience and cost for their users.
- I am analytically strong, data-driven, and able to perform analyses to identify opportunities and take proactive measures to ensure a better customer experience
- I have excellent problem-solving skills and out of the box thinker
