Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

DESIGNATION : Executive, Transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monthly closing of Transporter invoicing and costing activities, ensuring accuracy of billiing using TMS
- To resolve any billing inconsistencies with Transporter and act as a liaison point between FFS and Dept admin Team
- To track and monitor finances such as cost per order and provide analytics report
- To review and improve monthly missing, additional, wrong and damage using data analytics and proivng daily reports over to Transporter
- To review SOP periodically with the team to ensure that they perform and comply iht their contractual commitment
- To provide training to subordinates/Transporter
- Continuous improvement project related to Last Mile

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business related field
- Min 2 years of experience in related field
- SQL, basic programming will be advantageous
