**Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for Transport Executiveto be part of the team.**

**The Transport Coordinator / Executive shall assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring of transport orders and ensure that they are performed in accordance to prescribed safety, quality and productivity levels. This will include close liaison with both internal and external stakeholders (contractors and customers).**

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Assist in the Planning or Allocation of Delivery or Transport Orders
- Coordinate with Key Stakeholders with regards to the Planning & Execution of Transport Orders
- Ensure that all Transport Orders are executed as per Companys prescribed KPIs
- Maintaining Key Data Set for further Abstraction and Reporting / Presentation to Department Manager for Review
- Follow up on Operational / Service Level Gaps
- Performing other Ad-Hoc Duties / Projects as and when required

**REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma in Logistics Management / Transport or relevant study
- O-Level / NITEC holders are welcome to apply
- Experience in Export / Import and General Trucking Order Process Flow
- Highly organized, structured and meticulous
- Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic working environment
- Ability to work independently while being able to demonstrate Effective Teamwork and Cohesion across various Stakeholders
- Positive learning attitude with the desire for Continuous Learning
- Knowledge in SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer-oriented

**WORKING LOCATION**
- Working location: Jurong Island (company transportation will be provided islandwide)
- Working days: 8am to 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)
