Roles & Responsibilities TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT, SN- Job Announcement No. SN-001-25 Salary starts from: SN-06: S$26,234 Applications submitted via this jobs portal ( will NOT be considered. The primary purpose of this position is to meet customers, complete HHG movement forms and documentation, manage shipment operations, and schedules with the contracted moving companies and book shipments for pickup and deliveries. Arranges for the pickup and/or delivery of personal property shipments. Performs shipment related tasks incident to the shipment/storage of HHG, including, but not limited to placing shipment in Storage in Transit (SIT). When required providing required documents to Transportation Service Providers (TSP) or contractors, processing shipment changes, etc. Responds to all members/employees and TSP requests for information/assistance. Assistance provided includes, but is not limited to, answering questions, providing information, tracing shipments, etc. Conducts inspection on warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with all requirements and all stored property is afforded adequate levels of protection in a safe environment. Reviews inspection findings, reports on service failures, customer complaints, claim letters, and other general information.
