Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
As a Transport Coordination Executive, you will assist in managing logistics operations, including route planning, scheduling, and fleet management. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with drivers, optimizing transport routes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. You will support the preparation of transport documentation, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to cost management and process improvements. Additionally, you'll gain hands-on experience with transport management software and communication tools, while learning to solve operational challenges and improve overall service delivery. Throughout the trial, you'll collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient transport operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A strong interest in logistics and transport coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of transport management and fleet operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn transport management software and other relevant tools.
